In VideColour's new single ‘Friction Against the Grooves’ will impact on 9th April on Time For Art Records.
In VideColour is the musical brainchild of Sam Auckland, a musician and sound engineer based out of South Yorkshire. Sam’s music brings together Tame Impala-like psychedelia with hooky pop choruses and surreal, lovelorn lyrics. You can expect big basslines, sparkling analogue synths and sahara-dry drums.
‘Friction Against the Grooves’, featuring Yorkshire compatriot Jono Bradbury on drums, finds Sam searching for answers in his relationships, his life and his kitchen, to a soundtrack that grooves along like a synth stallion across a technicolour desert.
Sam has been busy in the studio working on new material and this release marks the beginning of an exciting year of new music from In VideColour.
